Steak Noodle Bowl. One of you asked me if I could do some more stuff with noodles so here is a start. Stir frys are super easy ways to get a variety of vegetables in your meals

There is no exact recipe for this dish. I didn’t measure or plan anything out. Stir frys are easy and as long as you follow the formula you’ll get a good finished product. Stir frys are also a good way to get more comfortable with cooking. A good chef is confident and can make adjustments as they go. Problem solving. Here’s how to make a stir fry similar to this.
1️⃣Pick some vegetables. About 2 cups worth. It will cook down.
2️⃣Pick a meat. Anything works. Steak. Chicken. Pork. Shrimp. Tofu. I don’t care.
3️⃣Pick a noodle. I used 2oz of rice because they are gluten free. Spaghetti noodles would work if you wanted them to.
4️⃣Make a sauce. To make this sauce I added some oil to a pan and added minced garlic and ginger but didn’t brown them. After they cooked I added roughly the follow: 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sambal, 1-2 tsp rice vinegar, 1-2 tbsp hoisin sauce, 1/4 cup chicken broth. Stir and adjust. If you aren’t confident in your ability to make a sauce just buy one premade.
5️⃣Add noodles to sauce and mix. Then add everything else. I plated it all separately for visual purposes. Not necessary to do. .
.
I split this into two servings. It makes a lot of food. The nutrition information is for the whole bowl. It’s an estimate because I didn’t measure and you should calculate on your own for whatever you make if you care. .
