Chia nice cream cups 🌸💜✨ 💭 For the chia pudding, I combined 1/4 cup chia seeds + 1 cup nondairy milk (almond or coconut milk works best) + 1-2 tsp blackberry powder + maple syrup to sweeten (optional) ✨ Whisk all the ingredients together and set in the refrigerator to thicken for at least 20 minutes. The nice cream on top is just a couple frozen bananas + vanilla bean powder blended together 🍦
