Veggie Burrito Recipe



Veggie Burrito Recipe:⠀
Ingredients⠀⠀
Easy Mexican style rice: ⠀⠀
1 cup quick cook brown rice (rinsed) ⠀⠀
1.5 cups water ⠀⠀
1 can tomatoes with green chilis⠀⠀
1 tsp garlic and onion powder ⠀⠀
1 tsp paprika ⠀⠀
1/2 tsp cumin ⠀⠀
Salt and pepper to taste ⠀⠀
⠀⠀
Instructions⠀⠀
Bring everything to a boil in a small pot, cover with a lid and let simmer on very low heat for 15-20 minutes.⠀⠀
Turn off the heat, let sit for another 5 minutes, fluff up with a fork. Enjoy!
