I’m always down for a breakfast sandwich but I’m not huge on English muffins or biscuits so my options are limited. These waffles are gluten free and really not much of a waffle at all, just eggs in waffle shape. They are mild in flavor and work well for a breakfast sandwich. Sometimes ill flavor the waffle with jalapeños and cheddar cheese. To get the eggs like this I crack them into a ramekin and bake them. .
