Thai Turkey Burgers and Sweet Potato Fries  If you’re able to get nice grill marks on the burgers it brings it to the next level. I’m a huge proponent of making your meals look nice. I’ve talked about this before with how I believe that the visual aspect of eating plays a large role in the enjoyment of food. Taking a few extra minutes during your weekly prep to add some presentation to your dish can make all the difference when you’re eating the same thing day after day!!

To make these more weight gain friendly you can always use a mixture of pork and turkey or beef as well as cooking more sweet potato fries. The obvious choice would be to add a bun to each meal. To make the meal more weight loss friendly you can replace the sweet potato fries with a less starchy vegetable or lower the serving size. .
