Veggie Rice Rolls with baked Tofu & Spicy Peanut Sauce! 🌿🌿 ⠀

Ingredients⠀
For the Oil Free Spicy Peanut Sauce:⠀
1/2 cup creamy all natural peanut butter ⠀
1/2 cup to 3/4’s cup of water depending on how thick or thin you like it ⠀
1-2 tablespoons pure maple syrup ⠀
2 tablespoons tamari ⠀
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar ⠀
1/2 lime juiced⠀
1 inch fresh ginger grated⠀
1-2 cloves garlic⠀
1 tbsp sriracha ⠀
2 teaspoons fresh cilantro⠀

How to make:⠀
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and process until smooth. Enjoy!
