Sushi Avocado boats


These little Sushi Avocado boats look too cute to eat! 🍙😍⠀

Recipe:⠀
Dip avocado halves in sesame seeds and fill with: diced yellow pepper, cucumber, purple daikon and edamame mixed with sesame oil and tamari. Add some sliced radish and microgreens. Sprinkle with crumbled nori (even better if you can find the wasabi flavored kind!) and even more sesame seeds. Serve with a splash of tamari!
