TACO 🌮 Tuesday bowl with SPICY CAULIFLOWER GNOCCHI and CBD CILANTRO PESTO shrimp! I’ve shared this recipe but I altered it this time so I’ll post below. One thing I don’t talk a lot about is my supplements, because I think it’s unique to everyone. That being said, CBD has been a GAME CHANGER for me personally…it helped me throughout my eating disorder recovery dealing with anxiety/sleep issues, it has helped me with sports injuries (swelling/pain) and it relaxes me after a stressful day. No, it doesn’t get you “high” and it’s effects are subtle but so helpful. I recently tried @santacruzmedicinals and it is great…I’ve had wonderful effects from it and it is tasteless! Deets: arugula, cabbage, avocado, Trader Joe’s cauliflower gnocchi sautéed from frozen then seasoned with taco seasoning and baked on 450 then tossed in some hot sauce (or sub with salsa), tomatoes and boiled wild Argentinian shrimp tossed in my cilantro lemon pesto. Pesto: 1/2 head cilantro, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon lemon zest, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds, 1 clove of garlic, 1 tablespoon @santacruzmedicinals CBD oil, 2 tablespoons olive oil…blended in my immersion blender
