Sloppy Joe Breakfast Bowls.  This is a little different than traditional breakfasts and it is so good. The sweetness from the potatoes and the salty sweetness from the turkey pair together magically. This recipe makes 4 servings but if you wanted to add an extra 2 eggs you could easily split it into 5 to fit every day of the week 🤠

I was never a huge fan of ground turkey until I started meal prepping. I thought it had bad flavor and didn’t see why I should use it over ground beef if I wasn’t worried about calories. I actually like ground turkey for recipes like this one because of how bland it is. You can taste the flavors you have built instead of tasting half beef and half seasonings. Don’t get me wrong, beef is still a great option but I prefer turkey for this recipe.

You can knock this recipe out in 30-35 minutes if you stay focus and don’t get distracted. The potatoes take the longest to cook at around 20 minutes. Make sure you flip the potatoes half way through cooking to ensure you get even browning. Let’s answer some questions that I know I will inevitably get on this recipe.

❓I don’t like sweet potatoes, can I replace them with something else? ❗️Yes, why wouldn’t you be able to? Do what ever you want. ❓Meal prepped eggs? Gross. ❗️Yes. They are fine. Hard boiled or baked eggs work best I think. Scrambled is somewhere in the middle and fried is last. Just make them fresh each morning if you are worried about it. ❓How many servings does this make?
❗️I made 4 but you can make however many you want. .
If you ask me one of these questions it’s going to make me mad because that means you didn’t read the caption and even try to answer the question yourself and that is my number one pet peeve. Please for my sanity don’t do it 😇
