Friday night fuel — in preparation for tomorrow’s 18 miles I’m eating all the carbs and protein tonight ?? I grilled a grass fed burger on my indoor grill and paired it with crispy cauliflower gnocchi, grilled asparagus and a handful of raspberries ??? I’ll definitely be eating more later on tonight but this is a good start ? Hope you all enjoy your Friday night and the weekend! ⠀⠀
