Happy FRY day!!! Enjoying this plant bowl of goods with some grain free breaded crispy chickpeas RUTABAGA fries, my fave, and this new 5 ingredient TURMERIC CASHEW yogurt dip! I had an amazing time last night at an event hosted by @edibleboston and @wholefoods. We got to enjoy some delicious food and eat the gardens (literally!) check my stories. Recipes for these chick peas and this dip using @georgiagrinders cashew butter below. I’m off to cook for a pot luck with my family tonight. Happy weekend! #georgiagrinders #fromgroundtogrind •


Deets: greens, olives, tomatoes, avo and hemp seeds, rutabaga fries (roasted on 450 for about 30 mins after being tossed in coconut oil and thyme/salt), crispy breaded chickpeas (peel them, toss in olive oil, spices and almond flour then toast on 400 for about 15-20 mins on parchment paper). DIP: 1/2 cup almond milk yogurt, 1/3 cup @georgiagrinders cashew butter, 1-2 tsp turmeric, 1 tablespoon coconut aminos, 1 tablespoon liquid aminos or tamari soy sauce. •
