Happy FRY-DAY! Celebrating a VERY productive week with these MISO TURKEY MEATBALLS with SOY GINGER GARLIC SAUCE, SWEET CHILI AIR FRIED POTATOES and sriracha hummus for dipping! Feeling all the feels today after spending the week with my Business Development manager working on my cookbook. I didn’t think that a business project would make me feel emotional, but watching my hard work come together is leaving me feeling something intense. I feel so grateful for this community and the opportunities that have been born from starting this account. Thank you all for your never ending support. ? Made these meatballs using my @ninjakitchen Foodi Grill. I love that I can literally make an entire meal using the different functions…air frying, roasting, grilling, dehydrating. Plus, it takes no time at all! You can create a homegating experience without spending lots of time cooking! My oven use has significantly decreased since I got this gadget!

Deets: Meatballs: one pound ground turkey, 1 egg, 2/3 cup finely chopped mushrooms, 1 tablespoon miso paste, 2 teaspoons coconut aminos, 1/2 cup chopped cilantro, 1/4 cup chopped scallions, 1/4 cup shredded carrot, 1/3 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, 1 teaspoon sesame oil. Roll into 1.5 inch balls and roast in the @ninjakitchen Foodie Grill for 10 minutes on 375. Yukon gold potatoes, sliced thinly and brushed with olive oil and sweet chili sauce (the sauce I used is sweetened with dates!) and air fried for about 10 minutes on 390. I paired it with some cucumbers and my sriracha hummus. HUMMUS: 1 can garbanzo beans, drained, liquid reserved, 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice,
1-2 tablespoons Sriracha (or more if you like spice), 1.5 teaspoons sesame oil, 1 large clove garlic, 1 tablespoon chopped scallions, 2 tablespoons cilantro, a few dashes cumin and paprika, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon coconut aminos, 2 tablespoons olive oil. Process in food processor until smooth. If you want a thinner consistency, add 1 tablespoon at a time of the reserved liquid from the beans. •
