Delicious Parmesan Zucchini Spirals 🙌 Do you say Courgette or Zucchini🥒😄!?!⠀

Here in the UK 🇬🇧 we say Courgette, but I hear it’s called Zucchini everywhere else😅💚 What do you say?⠀

150 Calories per Spiral :)⠀

Recipe here:⠀
2 large zucchini⠀
1 tbsp olive oil⠀
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs⠀
1/2 cup parmesan⠀
1/2 tsp paprika⠀
1/2 tsp pepper⠀
Method:⠀
1. Preheat oven at 200 degrees celsius ⠀
2. Trim ends of zucchini and cut in half⠀
3. Pierce with skewer⠀
4. Hold knife at an angle and cut⠀
5. Twist slowly and continue cutting until the end⠀
6. Spread out the zucchini and drizzle with olive oil⠀
7. Add remaining ingredients in a separate bowl⠀
8. Sprinkle over zucchini and until well covered⠀
9. Bake in oven for 40 mins (turn halfway)⠀
10. Serve with your favourite dipping sauce and enjoy!⠀
