Celebrating TACO THURSDAY with these loaded stuffed CUMIN TURMERIC LIME SHRIMP and kale stuffed sweet potatoes with a SPICY TAHINI SAUCE!⠀
I made these babies for dinner the other night for my boyfriend and I and they were AMAZING! I seasoned the shrimp with @mrm_usa turmeric powder plus some cumin and they were so flavorful. I love all of the superfoods @mrm_usa has! Details for recipe below. They were so simple and such a perfect meal!⠀
Deets: 2 large sweet potatoes (I used my pressure cooker for these but you could bake them too), steamed kale, tomatoes, sautéed mushrooms, chopped pepper, avocado, scallions, cilantro, 1/2 pound of wild Argentinian Red Shrimp tossed in 1/2 teaspoon of @MRM_usa turmeric, 1 teaspoon cumin, dash of chili powder, salt, pepper, dash of coconut aminos and juice from 1/2 lime…sautéed in coconut aminos for about 2 minutes per side. Sauce: mix together 3 tablespoons tahini with 2 teaspoons coconut aminos, 1 tablespoon hot sauce of choice, mix and add water to consistency.
