Coconut chia pudding with mango purée.😍😊⠀
2 servings:⠀
1/4 cup chia seeds⠀
1 1/4 cup coconut milk⠀
2 tbsp maple syrup⠀
1 tsp vanilla extract⠀
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Let sit for 10 minutes. Give it a stir again. Cover and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours or over night. Mash 1 mango and top the chia pudding the fruit purée.
