Chipotle Turkey Burgers tonight 😍🙌🏻 Spicy burgers with sweet potato buns 😌 One of my favorite dinners that’s constantly on repeat- sweet potatoes as buns are such a good switch and so tasty 🤗 If you’re looking for a cheap paleo or gluten free bun option- this is the best way to go 💯 ⠀

I cannot wait for summer and grilling- getting in the spirit from now until October 😂 Summer food is hands down my favorite- burgers, bbq, fruit, ice cream, and so many seasonal veggies 😍 Counting down the days and just going to pretend it’s 75 and sunny out with these burgers 😌 Instead it’s chilly, cloudy, and dreary haha. Getting ready for a fun trip to upstate New York for the weekend with @ancientnutrition and I’m so excited!! Never been to the Northeast before and I can imagine it’s so beautiful 🤗 For now, taking the dogs for an evening walk and packing because I always procrastinate 😅 Anyone else?! 🤷🏼‍♀️ Have a great evening! ❤️ ⠀

healthyfood details 👉🏻 1 giant sweet potato sliced into rounds, broiled for 10-12 mins on the bottom shelf. Used as buns for chipotle turkey burgers. Recipe: 1 lb ground turkey + 1/2 tsp chipotle spice + 1/2 cup onion (sautéed) + 1/2 cup chopped spinach + 1 tsp garlic + 1 tsp onion. Mix everything together and form 4-5 burgers. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side on the skillet over medium heat. Check internal temp to be sure! Served with turkey bacon, guac, and sautéed onion 💓
