Celebrating Salmon Sunday with this SALMON CAESAR PASTA SALAD with MAPLE SOY salmon. The weather has been so warm this weekend and got me craving summer. This cold pasta salad hit the spot today. Made my tahini Caesar dressing and coated the pasta as well. I hope you all had an amazing weekend. If you caught my stories I had a sushi FEAST last night at @fujiatwoc, and it was hands down the best sushi dinner I’ve ever had…we went all out with apps, saki, sashimi, rolls and dessert. Deets: salmon: mix together 2 teaspoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons tamari soy sauce, 1 tablespoon maple syrup and cost the salmon. You can either seat this for 2-3 mins per side on medium high or bake for about 7 mins on 400. Salad: mixed together steamed kale and @lef_farms greens tossed with dressing plus avocado. Pasta: @eatbanza tossed with steamed broccolini and fresh tomatoes. Dressing: 1/3 cup @artisanaorganics raw tahini (also works with cashew butter), 1/3 cup warm water, 1 tablespoon hemp seeds, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon @kitehillfoods almond milk yogurt, 1 teaspoon @sirkensingtons mustard, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 3 cloves garlic. Blend until smooth and add more water if needed.
