Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins. Swipe up recipe in my stories ?It’s Bachelorette night again and you know what that means. It’s snack night. These Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins have almost no added sugar (the chocolate chips have a little bit but there are only 4 in each one) and are a great dessert snack that gains its sweetness from ripe bananas and honey.

I am a sugar fiend. This past weekend I ate maybe 2 pounds of peanut butter m&ms. My friends and I went to the Lake of the Ozarks and we had a bag of them and I couldn’t stop eating the m&ms. Finding “healthier” desserts like these muffins are nice because they are just enough to curb your sweet tooth. It’s a bit harder to keep reaching for these like it is the m&ms. They are great at room temperature or warmed up. There’s no hand mixing involved, just dump the ingredients in a blender for 20 seconds and pour into a mini muffin tin!

Recipe as follows:
2 ripe, frozen and thawed bananas (Non frozen is fine)
1 cup all natural peanut butter
2 eggs
2 Tbsp honey
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder
4 or 5 chocolate chips for each one
Mix all the ingredients except the chocolate chips in a blender until smooth. Then pour into a mini muffin tin and top with 4 or 5 chocolate chips. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 7 minutes. .
