There are few things I crave more after a run than a big bowl of pasta! 🍝 I opted to satisfy my post-workout carb cravings at @jenisicecreams today (treating myself to a cone — or three — is one of my favorite travel traditions), but I totally would have gone the noodle night route had I been home 🤗⠀

I shared the recipe for this *creamy cashew sage sauce* (a spin on my creamy cashew butternut sage sauce — without the butternut) last month, but here it is again because it’s SO GOOD. 100% vegan and dairy-free (if that’s your thing), although it can be dairy-fied with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese for extra flavor (which is MY thing 🧀). Tossed the sauce with @eatbanza chickpea shells and sautéed garlicky spinach for a catapult-to-cozy kind of meal 🥰
