5 Minute Spicy Shrimp, Avocado, & Arugula power bowl!???⠀
To prep this:⠀
1. I started with a big bowl of arugula and dressed it with the juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 tablespoon olive oil, sea salt, and garlic powder. Investment: 1 minute.⠀
2. In a small bowl, I tossed a handful of deveined shrimp in 2 tsp avocado oil, sea salt, smoked chili, smoked paprika, 1 tsp crushed garlic, and 1 tablespoon of hot sauce (use your favorite). Investment 1 minute.⠀
3. Pan “fried” for a minute or two on each side on medium. Investment: 3 minutes.⠀
4. Added 1/2 avocado seasoned with TJs chile lime seasoning and some pinenuts. Investment: priceless.
