Who loves quick meals? This bowl of stir-fried tofu with mushrooms and bell peppers were really easy to prep. These are basically just extra firm tofu cubes that I pan fried fried in a little oil then set aside. Afterwards, I sautéed some onions, button mushrooms, and sliced bell peppers before adding back the tofu. I simply seasoned this with some soy sauce then finished off with some cilantro and sesame seeds.
Sometimes I just spontaneously cook up something without much thought and get to really enjoy the process of not having the measure and note down the exact amounts I put—so forgive me if I don’t have the exact recipe for this. But for me this is the part I love about cooking the most because you get to explore and get creative with flavors while at the same time just tasting and adjusting as you go. Happy Sunday guys ?
