🍤 Sautéed garlicky shrimp, topped with more garlic, Aleppo pepper, parsley, lemon, sea salt, olive oil. Serve with olive oil-fried toast or a carb of your choice.

Heat cast-iron pan over med-high, pour in a healthy glug of olive oil, sauté shrimp for about 3 minutes until pink and a little golden, then turn and cook for another min or two, tops.
