Vegan Pulled Mushroom Burgers ?⠀
• 450 g oyster mushrooms, shredded • 1 tsp cumin⠀
• 2 tsp smoked paprika⠀
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder⠀
• 1 tsp onion powder⠀
• 1 tbs avocado oil • 1 tsp Dijon mustard⠀
• 1 tsp tamari⠀
• 1 tbs liquid smoke⠀
• 1/2 cup your favourite vegan barbecue sauce⠀
• toasted wholewheat burger buns (2 servings)⠀

Instructions:⠀
1. Sauté shredded mushrooms in oil on medium heat for 7-10 minutes or until all the liquid has evaporated.⠀
2. Add cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder- continue to sauté until the spices are nicely toasted and fragrant.⠀
3. Add Dijon mustard, tamari, and liquid smoke. Continue to cook until everything is nicely seared. ⠀
4. Stir in barbecue sauce of your choice and have a little taste, add a bit more mustard or salt, if needed. ⠀
5. Serve pulled mushrooms in burger buns (lined with romaine lettuce) and garnish with red cabbage for visual effects and extra texture. ⠀
