Tofu Scrambled ‘Egg’ sandwich


Here’s an interesting snack idea! 😋 Tofu Scrambled ‘Egg’ sandwich. Tofu is such a fantastic source of plant-based protein – and you can pack the sandwich with as many veggies as you like!⠀

Recipe 🌱⠀
Tofu scrambled ‘eggs’⠀
– 100g of natural tofu⠀
– 1 tsp tumeric powder⠀
– 1 tsp curry powder⠀
– 1/2 tsp onion powder⠀
– salt & peppar⠀
– 1 tsp coconut oil⠀
– 1 tbsp water⠀

STEPS⠀
1. With a work, mash the tofu in a pan. (Add the coconut oil too)⠀
2. Add some water.⠀
3. Add salt, peppar, tumeric and curry
