Super quick arugula basil pistachio pesto pasta?

Happy ? Day, my Insta friends?. Do you love pesto?
It’s the best thing to make with herbs and greens for a quick meal. Super simple and everything will be done in less than 10 minutes (depending on the pasta you are using?)!

Recipe
Ingredients:
~ pasta of your choice (used spaghetti)
Pesto:
~ 4oz of fresh basil
~ handful of arugula
~ 1/4 cups of dry roasted pistachios
~ juice of 1/2 lemon
~ 1 tablespoons nutritional yeast
~ 1/2 teaspoons of salt
~ 3 cloves of garlic
~ enough extra virgin oil (used 1/4 cup)
Cook your pasta based on the package instructions.
In a food processor, pulse all pesto ingredients except oil until coarsely ground. While the food processor is running, slowly add oil until mixture turns into a paste. Your pesto is ready. Once the pasta is done, toss them in pesto and serve immediately with some shaved cheese and more pistachios. .
