Serves: 4⠀
20 medium shrimp peeled and deveined (about 1 pound)⠀
1 tablespoon oil of choice⠀
1 clove garlic minced⠀
1 teaspoon chili powder⠀
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin⠀
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt⠀
1 tablespoon olive oil⠀
squeeze of lime optional⠀
Avocado Salsa⠀
1 avocado cut into chunks⠀
1 tomato, chopped⠀
1/4 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves coarsely chopped⠀
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice from half a lime⠀
1/2 teaspoon salt⠀
1/4 teaspoon black pepper⠀
Cilantro Sauce⠀
1/4 cup sour cream⠀
1/4 cup cilantro⠀
1 clove garlic⠀
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice⠀
salt and pepper, to taste⠀
8-12 lettuce leaves
