SPICY CHICKPEA “TUNA” WRAPS (recipe below!) with greens, tomatoes, sprouts, pickled radish, and @simpl_sauces’ smokey bacon sauce!⠀

This spicy chickpea “tuna” spread is really so easy to make and it’s something I like to do beforehand so I can just store it in the refrigerator and easily use it as filling for my wraps or sandwiches in the coming days! Also sharing this photo as a reminder to myself to make a batch (or two) of these soon for my upcoming school meals ? anyway, here’s the recipe! ⠀

Spicy Chickpea “Tuna” Spread⠀
1 1/3 cup chickpeas ⠀
1/3 cup tofu ranch dressing (recipe in my blog) or vegan mayo ⠀
1/2 tsp salt ⠀
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped⠀
2 tsp paprika powder or chili powder/sriracha (adjust according to desired spice) ⠀
1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard/regular mustard⠀
1 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice⠀

1. Mash the chickpeas using a fork or quickly process it in a food processor.⠀
2. Add all the ingredients and mix in a bowl. Adjust seasoning to taste. ⠀
3. Enjoy with some tortilla wraps or bread and add in veggies of your choice!
