Spicy caulibites wrap!?
.
Hello my Insta friends?. Today, I’m sharing a simple wrap using my caulibites recipe with added chipotle peppers in adobo sauce.
.
Recipe
Ingredients
~ 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets, washed and drained
~ greens of your choice (used kale)
~ wrap of your choice
Crust ingredients:
~ 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
~ 2 tbsp rice flour
~ 3/4 cup water
~ 1/2 tsp salt
~ white pepper to taste
Mix all in a bowl and set aside.
Preheat oven to 495F. Cut a small head of cauliflower into florets and garnish them well with the above. Lay them on a non-stick greased baking sheet and bake for 10 mins. Remove and brush some oil onto each floret. Finally, flip and bake for another 5mins to achieve a roasted look. .
Sauce ingredients:
~ 1/4 cup ketchup
~ 1 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
~ 2 tsp vegan Worcestershire sauce
~ 1/2 tsp garlic powder
~ 2-3 tbsp water
~ 1 tbsp chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
Mix all above and set aside.
SLOWLY pour the sauce (it will splash) into a heated pan with 1 tsp of avocado oil. Add in all the baked cauliflower florets and coat them evenly with sauce.
.
Hope you like them and remember to set your ⏰ tonight. Have a wonderful day!?
