Spaghetti & Garlicky Tomatoes. Simple and yummy.The hardest part of this dish was getting my twirled spaghetti to behave so I could take its picture 😂 Spaghetti prep credit goes to my 9 year old who is becoming quite the master at boiling, salting, and draining👩🍳❤️ What you need:1 lb box of spaghetti ,1 1/2 cups diced tomatoes, 3 tbl olive olive oil
3 garlic cloves minced, 1/2 tsp salt, pinch of cayenne pepper, 1/4 cup chopped basil
1️⃣Heat olive oil, garlic,salt, & cayenne pepper in sauté pan on stovetop at low heat until garlic starts to sizzle about 2 minutes. Then remove from heat and set aside for about 10 minutes
2️⃣ While waiting, cook pasta till al dente.
3️⃣ Pour spice mixture over tomatoes & combine
4️⃣ Gently toss tomatoes & basil with the spaghetti. I also added some fresh oregano crushed red pepper and shredded vegan mozzarella just because 😋😍
