They are SO yummy, satisfying and chocolatey. Plus, they take about 10 min to prep before throwing into the oven. As you guys may know, I’m not a huge baker, but man, these WILL be on repeat! 💝🍫

2 scoops @drinkorgain protein powder
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup pure cane sugar
1 cup flour
1/4 cup vegan butter (melted)
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients and gently stir until combined. The mixture will be somewhat lumpy. Using a hand mixer, mix for about 15 seconds until smooth. Pour into a greased or parchment lined 8×8 baking dish. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over top of brownie batter. Place into center of oven and bake 35 to 40 min. With a toothpick, the outer half should come out clean but center will still be somewhat fudgy. Let cool for 15 min before cutting. 🌿🍃🌿🍃
