I wanted to give you guys a video of the entire process for this recipe because it seems that some of you guys are messing it up. I’ve had two people say that they made it and it came out as thin as a finger nail. First of all, bravo. I don’t even know how that’s possible. You must be a magician. The final product will fall after it cools. Straight out of the oven it is soufflé like and airy. Once it cools it becomes more dense and is between a 1/2” to 1” thick. When it cools it will be easier to handle by hand. I think it’s best fresh out of the oven with ice cream but eating it cold is still enjoyable. Don’t sub anything if you want it to work. Just make regular brownies if you want to change stuff.
