Noodling my way through the day with this (TEN MINUTE) GREEN TEA MISO GINGER SOUP with Pan Seared Salmon! Happy Tuesday loves! Just got home a little while ago from running around all morning. I was reading an article about using tea in broth the other day so decided to try it out and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This broth has just a few ingredients and it is super easy to make. It will make you feel fancy too ? I have the house to myself for the night since my boyfriend is away for work so I’m having a girl’s night with one of my faves (looking at you @nutritionrewired). But first, gotta finish up my work! Hope you’re having a fabulous week so far!

Deets: broth (serves two or three): bring 3 cups of chicken bone broth (I used @bonafideprovisions) to a boil, add in two green tea bags, 2 tablespoons coconut aminos, 2 teaspoons @bragglivefoodproducts liquid aminos (or soy sauce), 1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger, 2 cloves chopped garlic, 2 tablespoons miso paste (I used white miso), 1/2 teaspoon salt. Reduce heat to medium and allow to simmer for ten minutes. Optional: add a couple dashes sriracha for some heat. Turn off heat, and add in 2 cups of baby spinach. While the broth was cooking, I seared a piece of whole salmon seasoned with salt/pepper/coconut aminos over medium heat for 2 minutes per side then turned off heat. Topped with some leftover sautéed mushrooms, avocado, scallions and gluten free soba noodles. •
