300 g red lentils (already cooked/packaged ones)⁠
150 g carrot⁠
1 garlic clove⁠
1 yellow onion (70 g)⁠
500 g crushed tomatoes⁠
2 tbsp tomato puree⁠
1 tbsp maple syrup⁠
1/2 tsp salt⁠
1 tsp black pepper⁠
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper⁠
1/2 tsp chili powder⁠
1 tsp oregano⁠
1 tbsp olive oil⁠
For serving:⁠
Gluten-free pasta⁠
coconut yogurt⁠
1. Start with cutting up the onion and carrot.⁠
2. Heat up a frying pan with olive oil and fry the onion until golden. Add the carrots and fry for some extra minutes.⁠
3. Add the lentils, crushed tomatoes, tomato puree, garlic, maple syrup, salt, pepper, cayenne, oregano and chili powder.⁠
4. Let the bolognese simmer for 10 minutes on medium heat.⁠
5. Serve with the glutenfree pasta and optional some coconut yogurt on top.⁠
