Lack of meal ideas? Don’t worry I’ve got your back!??⠀

You might get sick of eating the same things over and over again while you are trying to maintain or improve your health and I know it could be very overwhelming! But the good news is that you don’t need to eat the same things everyday! There are so many options you can pick in terms of food.⠀
One of my goals is sharing delicious, interesting, easy and nutritious meals with you so you get some ideas and feel inspired!?⠀

??Here is an example of what I eat in a day;⠀
?BREAKFAST: Sautéed baby spinach, poached eggs, sautéed mushrooms, roasted tomato, black olives, cucumber, avocado and strawberry for the sweet ending.⠀
?SNACK: Acai bowl with banana, strawberry, blueberries, coconut shredded, buckwheat groats and hempseeds.⠀
?LUNCH: Protein chocolate oatmeal with strawberries, blueberries, buckwheat groats and matcha.⠀
?DINNER: Baked chili chicken breast, pineapple fried rice and watermelon radish.⠀

?Eating healthy is more fun and easy than you can ever imagine!⠀
