I PERSIMMONally think Weekends call for some PALEO BANANA BREAD WAFFLES!!! Whipped up some waffles this morning and topped them with all the colorful goods! used some of @suncorefoods blue butterfly powder and white chia seeds to make this blueberry butterfly chia jam! And then mixed some pink Pitaya powder with some coconut cream and it was delicious! I hope you’re all having an amazing Saturday. I just got my nails done and doing some relaxing today. What are you up to? Which one would you choose? •


1. Topped with avocado, Tahini and hemp seed. 2. Coconut cream, strawberries, almond butter and chocolate. 3. pink pitaya coconut cream and chocolate. 4. Blueberry butterfly chia spread (blueberries heated, @suncorefoods chia and @suncorefoods blue butterfly pea powder), persimmons and granola. Recipe: 3 tablespoons coconut flour, 1 tablespoon flax seed, 1 egg, 2 whites, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, 1 ripe banana. Blend all ingredients and cook according to waffle maker. •
