The popular classic is available in an incredible number of variations. Every family has their own favorite recipe. It can be prepared with shortcrust pastry, crumbly bottom or without any bottom and topped with apple pieces, cherries, canned tangerines or other fruits before filling in the curd cheese.

125 g butter or margarine, soft
125 g sugar or other sweetness
250 g flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1 egg

For the filling:
1 egg
150 g sugar or other sweetness
1 point vanilla sugar
1 point vanilla powder
120 ml of oil
240 ml milk
500 g curd

Knead the butter, sugar, flour, baking powder, 1 pinch of salt and the egg into a smooth dough and put in a springform pan. Bottom and edge, approx. 3 – 4 cm high, so line them.

Mix the quark, egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, custard powder, oil and milk and milk into the springform pan lined with dough.
Bake at 175 ° top / bottom heat for 60 minutes.
Switch off the oven and let it cool for several hours with the door slightly open.
Leave in the mold overnight and put in the fridge, then the cheesecake is perfect.
