?BREAKFAST: Sunny side up eggs, avocado, sautéed baby spinach, cherry tomatoes, sautéed mushrooms and pinto beans.⠀
?LUNCH: Protein oatmeal with pumpkin seeds, banana, blueberries, strawberries and coconut shreds.⠀
?SUPPER: Chinese cabbage wrap with ground turkey and raw almonds on side.⠀
?DINNER: Grilled cauliflower, chicken shish kebobs, rice salad with mini sweet peppers, black olives, cucumbers, parsley and black sesame seeds.⠀
