grilled honey garlic chipotle salmon


Following an afternoon spent pie baking and box packing, nothing sounds better for dinner than…well, EVERYTHING (sorting and parting ways with clothes is a physically and emotionally-draining process that triggers danger zone hanger ?) And nothing sounds worse for dinner than…well, cooking it ?. So throwing it back to one of my favorite salmon Sunday plate dates, as I prepare to have my dad over for a sushi Sunday dinner date ? ⠀
whatsonmyplate: grilled honey garlic chipotle salmon ?? *recipe* 1) in a bowl, combine 1 tbsp. honey (I used manuka), 1/4 tsp. chipotle chili powder, 1 tbsp. melted ghee or butter, a pinch or salt + a pinch of pepper; spread evenly over two 4-6 oz. salmon filets (you can easily double this to serve four) 2) heat grill for ~5 minutes; brush salmon with melted ghee or avocado oil; grill on each side for 4-5 minutes, or until slightly brown and crispy ?? •• parmesan & garlic butter hasselback potato, fanned •• grilled asparagus.⠀
