grilled honey garlic chipotle salmon



Following an afternoon spent pie baking and box packing, nothing sounds better for dinner than…well, EVERYTHING (sorting and parting ways with clothes is a physically and emotionally-draining process that triggers danger zone hanger 😳) And nothing sounds worse for dinner than…well, cooking it 😆. So throwing it back to one of my favorite salmon Sunday plate dates, as I prepare to have my dad over for a sushi Sunday dinner date 🍣 ⠀

whatsonmyplate: grilled honey garlic chipotle salmon 👉🏻 *recipe* 1) in a bowl, combine 1 tbsp. honey (I used manuka), 1/4 tsp. chipotle chili powder, 1 tbsp. melted ghee or butter, a pinch or salt + a pinch of pepper; spread evenly over two 4-6 oz. salmon filets (you can easily double this to serve four) 2) heat grill for ~5 minutes; brush salmon with melted ghee or avocado oil; grill on each side for 4-5 minutes, or until slightly brown and crispy 👌🏻 •• parmesan & garlic butter hasselback potato, fanned •• grilled asparagus.⠀
