Today’s edition of Fish Friday is brought to you by Roasted Shrimp! And this couldn’t be more simple or straightforward! ⠀
Tossed with olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, lemon zest, chili flakes, fresh and dry herbs. Roasted in a 400F oven for 10-12 minutes and hit with more parm and lemon juice when it comes out, it is done in 15 minutes tops and can be served with rice, pasta, in a salad or by itself
