English Muffins for #toasttuesday: topped with pink cream cheese( I just mixed my favorite cream cheese with pitaya powder) sliced cucumbers, radishes, some artsy avos, beet micro greens, & my beloved EBTB seasoning from Trader Joe’s. The waffled avocado was made possible by my handy waffle blade mandoline ??? Happy Tuesday friends! ?
