Crunchy beans Hakka stir-fry with spiced tofu😋 (La Jiao Xiao Chao ‘辣椒小炒’). Super simple and easy to make for a quick dinner dish. My mom loves to blanch the beans quickly in hot water before stir-frying to keep the vibrant green & crunch intact.👍🏻Stir-fry is one of the cooking methods we used a lot at home especially during cooler weather. Happy Wednesday, friends 🤗& I hope you like this easy peasy recipe. 😍
