Came home danger-zone hungry tonight and threw dinner together almost as fast as I ate it (which was 20 minutes total from start to faceplant to finish) ???? Crispy cauliflower gnocchi tossed in basil-parmesan pesto (my fave comes from Costco!), pan-grilled BBQ shrimp, and sautéed spinach with cremini mushrooms and parmesan cheese ???. I attended a documentary premiere downtown tonight and bumped into a bunch of old friends — a couple of whom I hadn’t seen since high school — which was a lot of fun ?
