Crispy cauliflower gnocchi tossed in basil-parmesan pesto



Came home danger-zone hungry tonight and threw dinner together almost as fast as I ate it (which was 20 minutes total from start to faceplant to finish) 👏🏻🥰😅 Crispy cauliflower gnocchi tossed in basil-parmesan pesto (my fave comes from Costco!), pan-grilled BBQ shrimp, and sautéed spinach with cremini mushrooms and parmesan cheese 💯👌🏻. The combination of flavors on this plate was 💣💥.⠀

I attended a documentary premiere downtown tonight and bumped into a bunch of old friends — a couple of whom I hadn’t seen since high school — which was a lot of fun 🤗 But now it’s time to tackle work that went unfinished during the day, so it’s looking like it might be a late night 😅☕️ Happy Tuesday! ❤️😘
