I try to prep one snack at the beginning of each week with my normal meals. It helps me to stay on track and have solid, high protein options in the fridge so that I don’t have to rely on chips or crackers. Fruit doesn’t cut it for me so to have quick snacks on hand, I have to prep them. ⁣
