Cinnamon Sugar Bagels.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup (50g) oat flour
2 tbsp (15g) tapioca flour
6 tbsp (80g) liquid egg whites (2 real)
1/2 cup (120g) non fat Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp (2g) baking soda
2 packets (4g) stevia
1.5 tsp (3g) cinnamon
2.5 tsp (10g) sugar
PREP
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl except cinnamon and sugar.
3. Fill a donut tin with mixture. Makes 5. Mix half of the sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over the top.
4. Bake 13-15 minutes.
5. Sprinkle the remaining sugar over the top.
6. Makes 5. Nutrition is for each bagel. Wait for it to cool before eating. It will be better.
Note: if you want a bagel with a bit better texture use 60g oat flour, 20g tapioca, and 40g egg whites. Will only yield 4 though.

❗️Here we go again. My answer is going to be the same as always. If you want to be cool, get a donut tin. If you want to be a loser use a muffin tin.
❓Can I use honey instead of stevia?
❗️Yes but it might change the texture and will add calories.
❓I don’t have tapioca flour.
❗️Use cornstarch. It makes it chewier and less bready. If you use all oat flour it will be less bagely than it already is.
❓That’s not a bagel.
❗️Sure. It’s just bagel shaped. Who cares though. It tastes good.

❗️I don’t know. This is your problem not mine. I write the recipe one way and that is final. If you want to use your precious flax egg then that is on you to test cause I’m not going to. Problem solve.
