Makes 2 Jars⠀
500 ml plant milk⠀
60 g soft wheat semolina⠀
1 Tbsp vegan margarine⠀
3 Tbsp aquafaba⠀
1 Tbsp cacao⠀
2 Tbsp of sweetener of choice⠀
pinch of salt⠀

Boil the milk with salt on medium heat.⠀⠀
Stir in the cocoa and the semolina and mix to a creamy consistency with a whisk.⠀⠀
Add the sugar and margarine and mix again until it is combined.⠀⠀
In another bowl beat the aquafaba until stiff and stir gently into the semolina.⠀⠀
Eat it warm or cold. Enjoy!
