Blueberry Paleo Collagen Pancakes 😍 It’s been way too long since I had a stack of pancakes 😎 Made my fluffier banana pancakes recipe but added in collagen and coconut flour because I didn’t have enough almond flour on hand 👌🏻 Also added warm blueberries because blueberry pancakes are one of the best flavors 💯⠀

I love adding collagen to baked goods because it gives them extra protein, doesn’t change the flavor, and I’ve found it’s been so good for me 🙌🏻 I take it daily to help with bone and joint health, digestion, and overall skin health 👌🏻 I love using @furtherfood because it’s grass fed, pasture raised (two things I always look for in collagen), and a women run company 🤗 Doesn’t change the texture of the pancakes either 👌🏻 I’m not a doctor so always do your own research and figure out what works for you but I am collagen obsessed over here 😎 And blueberry obsessed right now 😉 After a chocolatey breakfast yesterday, these hit the spot! breakfast recipes 👉🏻 (makes 2 servings) 1 cup almond flour, 2 tbsp coconut flour, 3 eggs, 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk, 1 mashed banana, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 scoop @furtherfood collagen (discount code: choosingbalance), 1/4 tsp baking soda. Blend or mix together. Makes 10-12 mini pancakes, add blueberries in before you flip the pancakes. Topped with warmed blueberries and not pictured organic maple syrup 😍
