serves 2
50 g rolled oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 dl almond milk
50 g coconut cream
2 dl coconut or soy yogurt
5-6 blackberries (fresh or frozen)
a handful of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 teaspoon bilberry powder or any other berry powder
1 dl Aronia juice

⏩⏩Instructions
Soak 50 gr rolled oats and 1 tablespoon chia seeds in 1 dl almond milk overnight. Put the soaked oats in the blender and add all the other ingredients. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick feel free to add a few tablespoons of almond milk or any other alternative. Serve in glasses and top with coconut yogurt and berries. .
