Back to my basics today 🌮 SWEET CHILI SHRIMP 🍤 with sautéed PINEAPPLE 🍍 tacos for lunch today and I couldn’t be happier. Added some @lifewaykefir farmers cheese, greens, tomatoes and avocado and some coconut sriracha sauce…plus some baked green salty plantains. How’s everyone’s week going? I’m possibly taking off for the night tomorrow night for a little getaway and hoping it all works out. In the meantime I’ll be working and eating all the 🌮 🙃 what’s your favorite filling…you know mine is shrimp. •


Deets: cashew flour tortillas, greens, tomatoes, avocado, pineapple sautéed in coconut oil, wild shrimp marinated in equal amounts of coconut aminos and sweet chili sauce then sautéed in coconut oil over medium high for about 2-3 mins per side, topped with hemp seeds, cilantro, @lifewaykefir farmers cheese and coconut sriracha sauce. Paired with roasted green plantains seasoned with salt. •
