Asian Turkey Bowls
This recipe has been one of my go to’s for the weeks I don’t feel like cooking because it goes so quick and I enjoy it. Whenever I make this one I turn it into a game where I start the rice and see if I can finish the rest of the ingredients before the rice is done cooking. If you’re quick with a knife you can definitely get it done.
Some quick updates. Revisions to Books 1, 2, and 3 are currently being made. I’m updating all the recipes to include metric units and I found a couple of mistakes in food choices when I was calculating calorie totals. So if you have a copy of any of the books, watch out for an email from me in the next month or 2 with updated copies. Secondly, the dessert book was finished but then I made those donuts the other day and now I can’t not put that recipe in so it needs to be added. I’m working on switching to a new web hosting service and once that is complete, the dessert book will be posted. Hopefully that’s sooner rather than later but it all depends on how much free time I have in the coming weeks. Thirdly, the snack book is in development. I’m currently hammering out new recipes and testing stuff to make sure it all works. My goal is to have it ready by the start of September. Fourth, the 10-ingredient or less meal prep book is on hiatus. Turns out it’s really fracking hard to make a good tasting, complete meal with only 10 ingredients.
