Waffling on a Sunday 🙃 I made this giant FLUFFY KETO waffle a few weeks ago and made them again for breakfast today…switch up the toppings and have fun! I had an amazing even yesterday with @thefeedfeed and @muirglen at @wholefoodsboston. Loved connecting and tasting and serving delicious food to the community. After that my boyfriend and I got lattes and played arcade games all afternoon 🙃 Doing some recipe testing today before headed out to a surprise birthday dinner…And now question for you, how would you top this waffle?



Deets: Waffles: 1/4 cup coconut flour, 2 teaspoons psyllium husk, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar, pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon pumpkin purée, 4 egg whites, 3 tablespoons coconut or almond milk, 1 teaspoon MCT oil, optional: 1 tablespoon of sweetener of choice. Waffle topped with banana, @lilys_sweets_chocolate chips, @georgiagrinders hazelnut butter, avocado, @vitalfarms egg, homemade chocolate spread, strawberries, blueberries and @thesolacompany granola.
